A space to breathe. Science that explains why it works. Sound that lets your body remember how.

This is for you if…

You're carrying more than you let on and your body is starting to show it.

You've tried to relax but your mind won't cooperate.

You're curious about sound healing but not sure what to expect.

You're craving something that feels both grounding and real.

You simply want an hour where nothing is required of you.

You don't need to have any experience with meditation, sound, or wellness practices. You just need to show up. Your nervous system will do the rest.

What to expect…

You arrive and settle in. There's nothing to prepare, nothing to practice, and nothing to get right.

I'll offer a brief explanation of what's happening in your body during the experience — simple, clear, and grounding. Then the sound begins.

Crystal singing bowls and other instruments fill the space with layers of vibration that your body receives rather than your mind processes. You may feel a deep heaviness in your limbs. Your breath will slow without trying. The mental noise that followed you in begins to quiet.

Some people feel emotional. Some fall into the deepest rest they've had in months. Some simply feel lighter walking out than they did walking in.

There is no right way to receive sound. Whatever happens for you is exactly what needed to happen.

Ways to experience sound

What people carry with them…

Three glowing bowls with pink and purple patterns on a tiled floor, illuminated by purple and yellow lighting, with a small black dragon figurine on a wooden stick atop a larger bowl, against a brick wall background.

Every person receives sound differently. And yet certain things come up again and again.

A quietness that was hard to find before walking in.

A body that feels heavier in the best possible way — like it finally let something go.

Clearer thinking without trying to think more clearly.

Sleep that actually restores.

A sense of coming back to themselves.

These aren't dramatic transformations. They're quiet shifts. The kind that make the rest of your day — and sometimes the rest of your week — feel different.

That's what a regulated nervous system feels like. And once you know that feeling, you'll recognize when you need it again.

Come as you are…

Whether this is your first sound experience or you've been finding your way back to this practice for years, there is always a place for you here.

I'd love to welcome you.
